Forestry has become a major focus of global sustainability, and in recent years, forestry companies, pulp manufacturers, and paper mills have collaborated in an effort to become more environmentally responsible.

POST-INDUSTRIAL FIBER accounts for 61% of our overall furnish. This translates into the equivalent recycling production from over 105,00 trees and the preservation of over 144,000 Cubic Feet of landfill space annually.

We are currently transitioning our SatinWrap White and Solid Color Tissue products to include 10% POST-CONSUMER FIBER (additional post-consumer tissue grades are available based on individual product and quality requirements).

Seaman Paper Company utilizes ECF PULP (elemental chlorine free) that is bleached with alternative chlorine compounds instead of elemental chlorine.  ECF Pulp significantly reduces harmful by-products.

Our Pulp Suppliers are SFI-Certified (Sustainable Forestry Initiative).
