Getting started.
SeaStretch is a lightweight paper alternative to single-use plastic stretch film used to wrap and contain loads in shipping and storage. Compatible with manual, semi-automated, and fully automated pallet wrapping systems, transitioning to SeaStretch is incredibly easy.

Dismantle the pre-stretch unit.

SeaStretch™ is not pre-stretched. If you have a pre-stretch unit installed on your automated wrappin machine, we recommend dismantling he pre-stretch unit before using SeaStretch™.

Overlap each wrap by 50%.

Start from the bottom of the pallet and work your way up. Use a layer overlap of 50% for optimal load security. Use care when wrapping the corners of the pallet, as this is where maximum stress is placed on SeaStretch™

How to store SeaStretch™

By following these instructions, you can ensure that SeaStretch™ will remain in optimal condition for future use.

Clean Surface

Ensure the surface where you plan to store SeaStretch™ is clean and free of any dust or debris. This will prevent any particles from adhering to the adhesive coating.

Cool, Dry Location

Choose a cool, dry location for storage. Excessive heat can cause the adhesive to melt or become less effective, while humidity can lead to the wrap sticking together or losing its adhesive properties.

Flat Surface

Store SeaStretch flat on a surface to prevent it from curling or wrinkling. If storing multiple rolls, stack them neatly on top of each other, ensuring that each roll remains flat and undisturbed.

Avoid Sunlight

Keep the SeaStretch away from direct sunlight or any sources of UV radiation. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can degrade the adhesive and cause the wrap to lose its stickiness.

Use Dispenser

If you have a dispenser designed for stretch wrap, utilize it for storage. Dispensers help keep the wrap organized and protected while also making it easier to access when needed.

Check Regularly

Periodically check the stored stretch wrap for any signs of damage or deterioration. If you notice any issues such as adhesive transfer, discoloration, or loss of stickiness, consider replacing the wrap or adjusting the storage conditions.
